Frequently Asked Questions
There are optimal times to do this, but it typically doesn’t matter to us. We pick up where you are and help get everything up to speed.
You let your accountant know you’re leaving and we reach out to collect everything we need. You’re only involved if there’s something your old accountant can’t answer.
We recharge software we incur on your behalf, as well as registered office services if used. Beyond those, our fee is only adjusted for circumstance changes.
We may charge for ad hoc work outside of our usual service offering, such as P11Ds, company name changes and advising on the sale of a business. Late submission fees are in place, which prevent continuous deadline-chasing, but these are rarely needed.
