What it covers

A Quarterly Check-in covering everything

It's for you, not the tax man

The Tax Man doesn't care if you do things wrong or saves money on taxes, he wins by both. We make sure you win and have the tools to grow.

Compliance

Would the Tax Man be happy with everything? If not, what needs to change. We'll update errors in the accounting data. Claimed something questionable? We outline the potential risks, helping you can decide what to do.

Tax Efficiency

What can we do to keep more money with you across all taxes? Claim more expenses, tweak how you pay yourself, voluntarily register for VAT. They're just examples, but it's all covered. Your money, not the Tax Man's.

Video Summary

You might not like numbers, you may never look. We record a video running through the business position. This is our chance to run through them start to finish. A video you can watch countlessly until you "get it".

Personal Taxes

You rack up a personal tax bill when you pay yourself and those funds should be set aside personally. We can't see what you've got aside. We tell you what it should be and you can compare. No unexpected tax bills.

Business Position

What does the video cover?

Fundamentals to make great decisions

Profit & Loss

What’s your income, where’s it come from? What are your expenses, do any look worringly high? Profits are income minus expenses. Tax is due on profit, so how much should you have aside?

Balance Sheet

This shows you assets (things you own or are owed) and liabilities (things you owe). The difference between these is retained profits. This is the crucial number for dividends and reinvestment ideas.

Cash Position

Both of the above can look great, but if there isn’t cash, urgent attention is needed. We’ll spot cash worries before they cause issues. You make better decisions earlier.
